Please Update Your CS Directives

Two weeks ago, I deleted a character out of frustration. After further reflection I decided I had been foolish. So I bought another character slot. I then made a request to restore the character. Since then I have been going around and round with a nice CS who keeps reciting that I need to only have 7 slots full, obviously a leftover before one could buy more slots. Seems like a nice kid but I suspect he does not even play the game......so ZOS, as a former exec I would recommended you update the cue cards your CS folks read from.

P.S. Just restore my toon already

They do not restore toons anymore, they used to during launch but not now. He's gone forever.

Actually, the reply is correct. I suspect they have the new character slots on a separate database or something: a character that was in your original 8 slots can't be restored to the new slots.

not to be offensive or anything, but when you click delete, your getting rid of it. I don't think eso has a 'trash bin' like in windows where it safely stores deleted characters.

Honestly, this absolutely IS NOT an issue with CS, its just some guy who had a bad moment and threw away something, and is trying to blame the garbage men for taking the trash bin away before he could collect his item. And no its not an accidental 'it was at the bottom of the shopping bag' moment, it was YOU pressing that DELETE button. On purpose.

No this isn't a CS issue at all. More like a user error moment.

its not a matter of clicking a button..... you have to type in the word 'delete' then click the button.

    rage quit.... always has consequences.
