Need help forming my dunmer magplar. Please help me!!!

Sorry I posted this in another thread and didn't get much feed back but i relised this is probably a better thread to ask. Ok so I am very good with my Stamblade bc I played him so long but I just got my magplar dunmer to lvl 50(I'm cp 323) and I went to pvp to try him out and I only had 1500 spell damage and I couldn't survive at all I expected to hit like a truck and survive really easy but I was getting one shoted. I am wearing full viscous death bc it looked fun to use on a temp with proxy det(don't have it yet) and I am also wearing 3 piece willpower, but I'm not being successful in pvp I love using puncturing sweeps and radiant oppression for pvp so I would love for these to hit harder how can I make that happen what should I put in the cp tree for Mage. Lastly I'm a dunmer and I use meteor should I use shooting star or ice commit? Please help (gear,cp,) I want good surviability and high dps heavy or light don't care but want good surviability and dps. I wanna hear different opinions from you guys thanks again.

DW - Toppling Charge, Radiant Destruction, Shards, Sweeps, Honor the Dead, Ult: Shooting Star/Bats/Sweep.

All Spell Damage enchants on jewelry, Magicka/Health or tri-glyphs on armor, use tri-food if going light armor, blue Magicka/Health food if heavy, gold regen food if you have tons of cash. Aim for at least 3000-3200 Crit Resist with Trans proc.

Only scrubs and dedicated tanks diving into groups need reactive.

Please don't use Malubeth. It's bugged and healing for op amounts. Don't be that guy. If you crutch on it now, you'll only struggle to keep up once it's fixed.

Otherwise that dude's response works. Check out Blab's big compendium of Templar tips in the Alliance War forum. That might require some digging up, but if you make a thread asking someone to link it to you, many people are bound to have it bookmarked. It's a rather comprehensive review of magicka Templar. You'll learn a lot from him (best Magplar NA imo).

I would run DW and resto... And my bar would look like this. :
DW--> sweeps,dark flare , radiant oppression , toppling charge , repentance .
Resto--> Breath Of Life , healing ward , channeled focus, extended ritual , structured entropy.
Healing ward + BoL healing overkill, hard to drop.
1-2 Dark Flares--> charge-->sweeps--> the so called JESUS BEAM is a killed combo vs any non tank. Stamina users could dodge roll and get away from flares, so keep an eye out for that.
