Game freezes while doing Dungeons

Pretty much as the title says, only ever happens in dungeons, I can do PvP fine with the only problem might be some low FPS in large fights

Not sure why this only happens in dungeons and its really annoying

Here is what my graphic settings look like and my PC specs

Without your Game Consultant the best I can recommend is to lower your graphics settings. I would try using the medium settings to see if that helps to start with.
