So wait... You want the Khajiit race to be even more stronger than what it already is...? Are you serious, OP? Are you legitimately serious?
Khajiit are pure stamina race and are excellent rogue's or nightblade's.
The bosmers should have magicka regen or max magicka, because they are elf's and they still use magic to make their houses.
I know, people will argue that even orcs are elf's but curse. But you should know that according to TES lore, Orc's hate sorcerer's or witch craft. So, hence they are pure stamina race.
Currently Khajiit characters are totally pigeon holed to Stamina PvE DPS.
They are comparatively bad in PvP due to their passives being useless there (Except the stam regen).
They make the worst Magicka DPS characters as their passives are absolute useless in that regard (Except the stam regen).
They don't have any good tanking passive as well (The health recovery is useless unless it synergies with other racial passives like Max health).
THEY ARE THE ONLY RACE WITHOUT MAX STAT INCREASE.
HEALTH RECOVERY IS TOTALLY USELESS ON KHAJIIT AS UNLIKE ORC AND NORD, KHAJIIT DOES NOT GET ANYTHING LIKE MAX HEALTH, EXTRA HEALING TAKEN OR LESS DAMAGE TAKEN TO BACK IT UP...
While extra stamina is overkill on Khajiit, they are in dire need to a max stat to break free off the pigeonholing.
As such, 6% Max health or 9% Magicka would help them out much more than health recovery and would make them a bit more useful in PvP or tanking.

Different races have different talents.
If you want magicka, be an Altmer, Breton or Dunmer.

PLEASE give us 3% max STAM as a passive. The health Passive is not beneficial and Khajit's cannot complete with Redguards, Bosmers, or Orcs. Some of us really enjoy Khajit lore and chars I'm begging you to continue with your plans to make Khajit better!
