I just resubbed yesterday...
Today, it appears I have been "social-banned" while actively gathering plants to make some potions. I can't access any guild banks/stores, can't send mails, can't chat. I haven't received any notification or warning. It just happened.
So here's some advice for Customer Support : when you ban someone, you send that person SOMETHING (a mail, an ingame message, anything) and you explain what the hell happened. That is the very least you can do and that's what most companies do. You know you can use automated mails, right ? There's no need to even write them.
And by the way, banning someone for grinding (mobs, plants, mats, whatever) when your game is 99% based on that activity seems a bit odd. I suppose the idea is to prevent "illegal" grinding, but come on, a bit of communication wouldn't hurt.
Thanks in advance to ZOS_DaryaK since apparently he's been taking care of these issues.
