hi ALL!!
there is a big problem, but no one to help. . .
- Hacked e-mail accounts
- thief entered my access
- Changed the e-mail address and Login information

It does not help the support group. steadily closed the tickets without any help.

there is clear evidence that I am the rightful owner:
- IP address matches
- I have the original activation code, initial letter I got from the ESO team
- I know only the card number
- I have proof of purchase of the original game
- I have the original game code and other codes ESO Plus subscription (30 days, 60 days...)
- G2A the proof of purchase of the game
- PayPal account history, which seems to be buying on the dot with my name !!!

After searching for the forum posted in the original forum access is disabled: "permission denied". (???? WHY ????)
the support does not help either, despite entering the above information.

the question is, who should I write to recover your access?

    It says the following:

    If you believe your ESO account has been compromised, please complete the following steps:

    First, scan your computer for viruses to ensure that your system is free of malware such as keyloggers or Trojans. You can visit the Microsoft support website for some advice on how to scan your system for harmful software here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/how-find-remove-virus.

    Once your system is clean, we advise you to change the passwords of every web service you use. This is especially important for your e-mail account, as you are not able to gain access to another player's ESO account without also obtaining the password for the e-mail address associated with that account.

    For every service you are using on the internet, you should set up a unique password. You can find some useful advice on how to create a secure password here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/tips-for-creating-a-strong-password.

    If you are unable to log into the game, please contact Customer Support by visiting https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login/. If you can't log into your ESO account on the help portal, click Can't Log In? and select Suspended/Compromised to submit a ticket.

    To expedite the account recovery process, please have the following information ready when contacting support:

    Payment method (please choose one):
    1. Last 4 digits of the Credit Card number used to make a purchase from the ESO website.
    2. A PayPal Invoice ID Number used to make a purchase from the ESO website.
    3. Complete Game Code used to activate the game.
    The answer to your secret question. If you can't remember your secret question, you can have it displayed by performing these steps:
    1. Navigate to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com.
    2. Click on "Forgot password?"
    3. Fill out first name, last name, and e-mail address.
    4. Click on Continue.
    5. The security question appears on next page.

    - It was not on my computer virus
    - i had two ESO access, the other is OK.
    (Only broke up the ISP e-mail account to another title intact)

    I've done these steps, I have given all the information, however, the support team always close the ticket and does not help. ("duplicate close" or "solved" -marked)

    I am writing here because all queries ran aground in the direction of supporters.

    - e-mails
    - pictures from buy
    - picrutes from game code
    - pictures from eso plus codes
    - PayPal and G2A account and buying information
    - PayPal access
    and more...

    I do not understand what is the question. perfectly clear that I'm the owner of the access.

    I doubt that the IP addresses match. Some also see it used legitimately and who is a thief.

    I do not understand the attitude of the support group.
