This tool has problem since launch, it never work consistently.

Sometime it finds group in few minutes and sometime even not in hours.

Not sure what is the issue, developers should provide some details.

May be they are under impression that this tool is working as expected.

Well actually TG launch, the group finder was working almost flawlessly, the only offender being the occasional oversized group placement.

Literally, between the cake buff and the TG random ex bonus, I was spamming dungeons down non stop and leveled multiple alts up. Que times were consistent and the tool was overall performing exactly how a reliable group finder tool should in any mmo.

DB update very literally broke something under the hood. I have been vehemently testing many claims and observations from other posts on here regarding the issue and basically it nearly boils down to these simple facts.

Earlier parts of the day on US server console and pc, the group finder seems to function normally, the avg wait time shown next to each role selection icon is usually indicative of it working at that moment in time (even though the displayed avg time is usually comically innaccurate).

In the later parts of the day, the avg wait time no longer displays in the menu, and it is during this time the group finder generally will not work. I have tested it with all 3 roles and it does not make a difference. 2 hours+ queue times as a tank or healer respectively. Selecting damage role was pointless for testing.

When group finder does pop during said time of the day, there are still instances where you will be placed in a larger group than intended, despite patch notes stating otherwise.

This broken tool has effectively caused me to suspend my subscription. I do not mean to be sensational, but personally, the random daily bonus and ease of use was a very big motviator for me, and while it's easy enough to get the pledges out of the way, having a very viable alternative to questing or grinding to level up all the while getting solid gold and deconstruction foder was a breath of fresh air.

I agree with you exeeter. The tool worked great before DB. I recently resubbed in hopes it will be fixed before one tamriel launches.

Unfortunately I think it will take the server changes coming with One Tam in order to fix the dungeon finder without putting in extensive work into the tool as it is. I dont think they would waste the time and resources to fix the G finder with the possibility that one tam will break it all over again.

My assumption is that they are getting a working tool that works with the new server tech behind one tam instead of trying to fix this one.

Yes, group finder was working fine after TG. I was doing 6 or more dungeons a session to get my characters undaunted dailies done without any issues. Break has only occurred since DB and the further 'enhancements' to group finder for penalties, vote kicks, etc.

Have kept an eye out for updates but not seeing anything about an ETA. There were some attempts at fixing in the patch a couple of weeks ago but they did not make any difference on PS4 NA.

Actually they fixed it and it was working great until the DB release and hasn't worked since.....
