Thread closed. Some one helped me clarify some stuff. Zos please lock thread thank you. All is clear now.

If We're not allowed to name and shame. Does that still bind me. If I wanted to name and shame myself? For starters.... Did I broke any rules?

1. I once teabaged a bridge. After that one incident when I dodge roll off bridge. It only one time I teabag ever. Instead of me teabaggin the slautherfish. Which not makes since. I just felt the need to come back and teabag bridge. Which kinda does makes since. (I just hope nobody quotes this in Signatures. )

2. I was so adventurous one time. I climed this one small hill in 1 dungeon. I got up to high. Fell down. Went to a new area outof map. I got stuck. Long ago.

3. After I got killed in Scourge this one time. I got loading Screen. After loading screen. I was way above ground. Very high. That I could see the imperial tents far over yonder the distance.

4. There was this incident with my dk. I quite doing it after that.

5. I had this one EP character who looked liked one of my old DC templar. One time. But my EP character was named. "Am I A Traitor" While My old DC templar was named. "Princess Justine" So since these 2 characters were twins. Put these 2 characters names together. You get this "Princess Justine, Am I A Traitor?" Am I A Traitor asked Princess Justine sadly.

6. I helped attack this one EP nightblade yesterday. Once that AD got killed. I immediately stopped attacking. I just froze. I mean what could I do. I don't do damage. That EP knew. I thought all was fine. Lol. I used cower emote. Used the shh emote. But darn me when I splashed water on that EP. She killed me Immediately after that. Have I learned my lesson. No!

Roehamad confesses to one thing . When first a pup he discovered a skeleton costume and went to a cave entrance many new adventurers would go into . This one put on scary skeleton bones and played dead in the water near the entrance , close to many undead . When people would get low health from real dead bones , Roe would jump up an run at them , watching them jump back an swinging wildly in panic . This lead to many hardy lolz and drink toasts .

Once, I teabagged two dead players at the same time. They had tried to gank me and messed it up.

A few minutes later one of them sent me a message that I was a scrub and was terrible at the game so they reported me for cheating..... :(
    .....what does that make them?

    The end.

Perhaps you should reread the section about Naming-and-Shaming to answer your own question.
Naming-and-Shaming: We do not allow posts or threads that are created for the purpose of “naming-and-shaming” other community member(s). “Naming-and-shaming” is the act of creating a post to call out an individual or group by name, and making them the subject of public accusation, ridicule and/or shaming. Generally, naming-and-shaming involves an in-game situation and/or Terms of Service violation, which the ESO Community Team is unable to assist with. A certain amount of rivalry and competitive razzing is healthy for any game community, especially one with PVP elements, but naming-and-shaming goes well beyond that. It typically elevates to a point where the subject feels legitimately harassed. We believe that naming-and-shaming posts and threads can be abused and are very harmful to the community. We also don't feel that publicly calling out or accusing others by name on our forums is in spirit of the game or our community. If you genuinely believe someone has violated our Terms of Service, you should report them in-game via the support interface — do not bring the situation onto the official ESO community forums.

The first line I put in bold pretty much answers exactly what you asked. You, as in yourself, are not "another member" if you mention yourself.

    Reported

It's alright. I already reported this stuff to console support when this happened. Also I reported myself when there was no npc's in cyrodiil, no flags. No flag and keep npc's. They just told me to restart my console. It got fixed
