i use nightflame on my healer he is no min max but with this and trinimac makes for a fun totem build! have no problem with any content have run trials with him even done vWGT and MAW with him really fun

✭I very often use maw of the infernal. It's good when it procs just doesn't proc often enough. Also when it dies and just slumps over that is no good. It needs to (on death or unsummon) explode for some kind of damage. It needs some buffs. It's a good set just needs to.be taken the distance. The damage is fine though. Just no procs. -

In a group that is not taking damage, yes but I have ran trials and when it is stack and burn time, I have seen it heal 2 million being the number 2 on my list, with my springs healing 10 million as number 1. That is a lot of free healing and I am pretty sure it can proc SPC. So it has its uses. -

✭My thoughts:
Maw, add some sort of player buff while active (minor force?). make the daedroth incredibly beefy or give it a longer timer, or increase proc--more uptime one way or another
Bogdan, also deal its healing in damage to enemies, maybe be able to tether x many allies at a longer range for smaller healing, minor mending? Buff proc regardless, it's awful outside of trials I see it like once a dungeon.

Yea I know of some healers who swear by it in our trial runs. But in the end, it's only useful if it procs and at the right time. And to many times it doesn't. We went the ehoke many fight without a proc, first thrash mob it procs. Ozara it doth not proc for most of our attempts or it procs after the team is dead. It's just a very meh set. Also it may have healed for a ton but without controlled heals it just doesn't matter. It could heal for 2 million near the start when it may not be as needed and when it is needed Nada.
But yes when it procs it's great. And if you have found success with it, also great. Not saying it's bad. Just that in my trial runs its been cast away in favor of more tangible sets. -

Do this and the Maw set could make a cool addition to a pet build.
As is, right now, it's just a gimmick set. My wife has/uses this. When we do normal Undaunted it's a hoot to see Dave the Daedroth join in (yeah, she named him). But serious, veteran dungeons?

Increase Nightflame proc chance to 6% from 2%. Also make sure it has a good radius. I'd settle for 20 meters.

C4Bliss✭✭✭Maw needs 1 piece max magicka and the 2pc needs a big buff...
Make it a 10% proc chance, make him last 20 or even 30 sec and make his fire magical instead of physical or make it so you get minor force as people have Said before!
Night flame need a buff in proc big time... make the one piece magicka regen!
