Total Dark not working?

Used it on sorc. He still hits me with crystal frag. What am I missing?

    From my understanding Total Dark works similar to DK's scales, right? But instead of buffing yourself You put debuff on one enemy. Crystal fragment is a projectile.

    Was the sorc CC immune? In that case the reflective thing doesn´t work

    zos nerfed this once great skill into uselesness. Just a hint for templars: remove this skill from your skillbar and never slot it again.

    Yeah it's rubbish. Used to blow up zergs with that skill before ZOS nerfed it to uselessness.

    So it is ok for NB(magicka) to kill me in less then 2s with 30k spell resist but I can not CC someone or my skill will be useless.
    The PvP in theory is getting better and better.
