Unexpected screen froze...

Well, its been a week now that every 15-20 min of game play (only with ESO) the screen freezes for 30 seconds to 1 minute (Latency goes to 999+)... Then, all what suppouse to happen on that time goes on light speed in 2 seconds.
I know im not the only one with this issue since most of my friends, all of us with game expect PC's, are having the same problem.
ZOS, please take a look at it... Its quite annoying, it happens in cyrodil, dungeons, open world, everywere (Addons updated, game updated, runned repair, and PC + drivers up to date)
