One Tamriel Crafting (changes ?) will you allow all mats craft any level?

Today the mats have level progressions where lower tiers become obsolete.
While this works in the current progression we loose good artwork in the process.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom or @ZOS_GinaBruno can you ask any dev comment on the possibility of allowing lower tier mats craft above their cap so that we can somehow keep the styles and artwork associated with mats?

I've also seen transmog requests but I'd rather be able to just craft as transmog seems silly for crafting but ideal for drops.

new concept, allow us to 'decon' a piece of armor and 'keep' its skin, applying said skin to your 'real' armor.

Would require a new item (Please not store sh!t) and would cancel any returned materials, but would give you a new 'look' for higher-level stuff.

I interpret this is a request similar to mine for non-crafters so to speak?
