A lot of fantasy names come out sounding wrong because of their uniqueness, any suggestions to fix this?

✭looking at the titls I'd say a brush up in english may do the trick.
but some names cannot be helped. like the spider daedra boss in crypt of hearts. No touch up in english will make that easy to say.0
