Permanently unlinking a psn id from eso account, without losing crown purchases?
I've already gone through customer support [160704-004189] about this question but they say they are unable to help me.
Long story short, I have to make a new psn id in order to continue paying for things like eso plus and crowns. (I've moved from canada to the states and playstation does not let you change your country)
This wouldn't be an issue for someone playing on pc, so why doesn't ZOS make it so you can switch the psn id attached to your eso account?
I have seen a couple of old reddit posts about people with similar issues, some of them getting help and some of them not.
I'm at the point now, I am willing to start a new account (I've been working through the support system for 3-4 weeks now) but I'm overly sad because I have the Dro-m'Athra Senche mount on my original account and I want to be able to keep using it.
Is there a "Specialist" inside ZOS somewhere that can either safely permanently unlink my canadian psn id from my eso account with all my crown purchases intact? or help me in moving the Dro-m'Athra Senche mount from one eso account to another?
(would love to actually talk to someone in real time instead of waiting days between each email)

I appreciate you actually giving me a reason as to only getting a "sorry we can't do that" when I filed a ticket.
Is there at least a way for me to get my crown purchases moved from one account to another? I have started a new account, but I'm greatly missing being able to use my Dro-m'Athra Senche mount.
