I've made a thread discussing the Argonian passives disconect from past ES lore.
They were great with blades and experts of guerrilla warfare small agile frams made them scouts/skirmishers and one if the most deadly assassins in tamrial due to thier speed and resistance to poisons and immunities to diseases and great theives due to their lock picking and alteration magic however their passives make them a glorified tank/healer.
Adding just a little max stam would go a long way of bridging the gap between past ES lore and ESO lore
