For once ZOS actually made a good balance change. They reverted their buffs to one of the strongest races in the game, showing that they actually sometimes take feedback. And for all the people who think it was a bad move, please back up your answer with proof. On the PTS forum there were countless posts with data showing that giving khajits the stam buff would no doubt make the by far the strongest stam race
