phenom ll x3 720 2.8ghz, 2gb ram, radeon r7 250 1gb 128bit vc.

i can play right now but i get constant lag, low fps, lagging out to main menu.

i really love eso but should i just leave.

Graphics set to very low? If yes, maybe adding 2 gb ram helps.
But if you have constant lag take a look at your internet connection. Some are just too slow to handle online games.
Do other online games cause the same problems?
If you use an anti-virus programme sometimes setting eso. exe as allowed program helps reducing lags.
(But please just eso.exe / eso64.exe)

Don't leave but get yourself a new PC, actually desktop with i5, 8GB, GTX660Ti is getting cheap and is decent for playing ESO on high settings.

Playing ESO on low settings is such a waste - you miss all the fun coming from clear HD resolution and effects .
