Help me i can't seem to go Online!

I haven't played the game for 2 months or so and now I'm having an issue going online I'm a bit frustrated I haven't played the game much and I can't go online I even tried port forwarding uninstall the game repairing it for like 10 times but it doesn't seem to work, the error msg is Error 201 (7:4:420:1006) Login failled. please try again should the problem presist contact customer

I don't know if this will work but from my WOW days I remember something about clearing the cache folder. I'm going to try that when I'm home and see if it works.0
