Same issue, started the day my sub auto renewed, took my money but no eso plus, contacted support, no answer. Prolly just gonna charge this *** back, if I'm lucky I'll get banned for it
Without the crafting bag's or the other benefits I won't touch this game until it's fixed. I tried to contact Xbox Support to refund it, so I can attempt to do it again and he said I wouldn't need to as his information told him that this issue would be fixed sometime this week. I asked him if he meant this Wednesday with the patch(reason why I asked if Wednesday is the fix he means and I think the fix would need to be applied client and server side in order to be fully fixed) and he said yes I then asked him if he was absolutely sure, because as far as I know it's only supposed to fix crashing issues, he then said yes that he was 99.9% sure this was to include it. He also relayed my account name and report to the engineering team working with ZOS to fix the issue. I'm going to be a little weary until I know for sure it's fixed, and by that not nearly as many forum threads on this as there are now. I'm going to give this until the end of the month, if it's not fixed by then, I am cancelling my subscription, but until it is but NOT until it's fixed.The fix coming Wednesday is for console players constantly getting kicked at login. There was no mention of this Wednesday's patch fixing the ESO+ issues that I am aware of.
Been monitoring the forums?? There are lot of posts on the ESO+ issue. This issue is happening to a lot of console players on the renewal date since the release of DB. You need to contact Microsoft to resolve your issue, even ZOS support is telling everyone to contact Microsoft. Do a search in the forums on your issue and read the posts on how to resolve .....
Good luck, hope this helps .....

Hi everyone,
We have identified a cause of the majority of the crashes to dashboard and crash loops that some characters are getting caught in on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The issue is related to memory, and we have a fix that improves memory handling for both console clients.
We are rolling out this fix on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on Wednesday, July 6. Once this fix goes live, you should no longer see frequent crashes to dashboard and crash loops on specific characters.
In the meantime, we’d like to ask for your help. The highest volume of crash loops we’re seeing are in and around Orsinium and Wrothgar, especially where you pick up and do Crafting Writs, and to a lesser degree in Elden Root and Grahtwood. If you are experiencing crashing those areas, we ask that you please consider staying out of them until we patch the issue on Wednesday of next week—we’d greatly appreciate it. If your character does get stuck in a crash loop, our Support team can move your character if you contact them. If they do have to move your character, please be sure to not return to that area as they won’t be able to move you a second time until they’ve moved everyone waiting for their first character move – which could mean they won’t get to you before the 6th.
There is still one edge-case crash cause in Orsinium that we are working on a fix for, but it is easily avoidable. If you Wayshrine into Orsinium (the city) and quickly run into the city, especially with a movement speed buff on, you may crash. Waiting a few seconds before moving after you Wayshrine into Orsinium will greatly reduce the likelihood that you will crash. This issue will be fixed in a future patch.
Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue. After the patch goes live on Wednesday, please let us know if you are running into any other crash issues on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
@DragonSamurai360 .....
Below is the quote from Jessica on Wednesday patch, the link is here. If they are fixing other issues with the game like ESO+ no one from ZOS has stated on the forums as far as I know ......
The ESO+ issue in a new problem, it came after the crashing issue. If the ESO+ fix comes this week, then I am happy as it has effected me along with others. I will not be holding my breath for a fix this week for ESO+ as I do not think it is coming .....
If you want to wait till Wednesday, that is you choice. I hope I am wrong, but I think you will be disappointed. Sounds like you had an inexperienced support person. If it was me, I would be getting back on Microsoft Chat and requesting they to do a cancel/refund so you could re-subscribe to have access to the DLC & Craft Bag .....ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »(Cross-posted to the PlayStation 4 Technical Support forum area)

@DragonSamurai360
I plan on unsubscribing before the expiration date, it should be active till the expiration date. Then renew after it expires. Hopefully this saves the Microsoft call to fix the issue until they apply a permanent fix .....
