Account Not Found?

I am able to log in to the game via PS4 with the account that I made and linked with my PSN. I am also able to log in to the forums, obviously.

But I am not able to log in to the online store to make any purchases or able to log in the the Support section of your website either. I am prompted with an error message stating that the account does not exist. When I tried to create an account with my user name, it said that the name was already taken by another account.

How can I recover or restore my account so that I can make a purchase? Like I said, I am not affected in the game or on the forums so I just noticed this problem. Thank you.

Did you recently set up your game account? There might be some lag for the Support and Store account to work.

Have you tried a Password Reset on the Support Page login? That would be a way to see if account is active. Note, I don't know if this also changes your game password, I am thinking it does not. But, just use a password you can remember for playing the game just in case.

You make your purchases via the psn store. If you still wish to login to the website try open a ticket from in game and explain your issue
