Can I delete folders "vo_de" and "vo_fr" ?

I was wondering if I can delete these folders from game folder? ..:Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online EU ? Each of them takes 7-8GBs and I don't use french or german voices. I have SSD so I'd like to get some free space.
