Xbox One and PC guild

I have been wanting to start up a new guild on both the PC/Mac and Xbox One. It would be a hub to find other players to run quests, do dungeons, and hopefully guild organized PvP (Ebonheart Pact). However, I need help though to run these two guilds. If you play ESO on both platforms (or just PC/Mac) and this interests you (either joining or help running the guilds) definitely respond to this discussion and let me know.
