Racials were data mined and Breton, High elf, Imperial received no combat buffs. However they buffed the the racials such as Khajit for stamina builds or Argonian for healers so people now are forced to buy a race change token or character slot if they want to stay best in slot. GG ZOS, you are truly the greediest company I have ever played an MMO from.
What about the players who have all their character slots used up with max horse training, crafting, pvp and undaunted skill line max, former emperor title, max bag slots and cannot afford to pay for new character slots or a race change. And now they are forced to if they wanted to stay best in slot; the people who educated themselves and understood to choose a race such as Breton over Argonian at launch for healing.

Azor_Ahaii✭✭✭Redguard, altmer, breton, etc did not need buffs, they will still continue to be very strong. Khajiit was already best for stamina pve, and redguard is still best for stamina pvp. Argonians will make great healers but will lack the offensive capability of altmers. The racial passive changes have been good, the weaker races have been buffed and stronger races have stayed pretty much the same. Now no race is extremely weak compared to other races. The only thing that did not make sense was that khajiit did not necessarily need this buff as it was already the best for stamina dps. But I don't mind because I just started levelling a khajiit nb and stamplar (ZOS please dont nerf khajiit :P).2 -

- Dragging-Knights are supposed to be the "Easy" mode...
- Bosmer are the tallest race (When standing in the middle of your chest)...
- The reason the NA server's updates are always bigger then the other servers is they are saving up the data bits to lay false data to the next generation of Data-Miners

I'd like to point out that I recently made an Argonian stamina dragonknight, who is pretty close to other stam dks in terms of DPS, the slight gap between us might be racial benefits or simply my lack of experience / gear.
A lot of people put such a huge emphasis on race choice, even though you can do well with any race in any class and role. ESO is a game where player skill is way more important than race/class/gear. The best players are the best because they are skilled at what they do. Sure they may have everything best in slot, but there are a lot of people with the best of everything, who don't make it work. Things such as skill rotation and gear synergy, as well as intimate knowledge of your class and its weaknesses are what matter.

Wow. A change of a couple of percentage points somehow destroys your character to the point where you uninstall the game?
This is only a money grab by the devs if they sat in a back room defining these changes, twirling their big black mustaches while sipping brady and adjusting their giant top hats. Maybe even some cackling and pompous snorting.
I think the problem is between your ears on this one. Sure, numerically your character may no longer be "the best," even though there are a ton of other gear and build choices to make once your race is chosen. Maybe check those out? Even disregarding those other build choices, there is a very big chasm between "not the best" and "completely unplayable."
With the logic in your posts, I am not sure the devs could ever change anything on a character or class that would be considered "the best." Because once it's not, of course the devs are doing it to earn money, not looking at their numbers and trying to balance the races or classes played.
The word "forced" is overused so much in online games it makes me kind of just sigh when I see it. I played in a game in the past where there were some PVP achievements. Half of them allowed you to idle in your friendly base. Yet people were put out at being FORCED TO PVP! There were also achievements you earned while logged out. Guess what? People complained that they were FORCED to not play their main character for the months it took to each those achievements.
I feel like the vast majority of players will feel like these changes are not a requirement to spend some crowns. If you are a top PVPer or PVE player looking for leaderboards, I can understand a bit of that feeling. For the rest of the players? No, really, it's fine.
