I been doing the Provisioner Writs for the last 72 days as master provisioner and I haven't receive any fragment. Basically since the Thieve Guild is out.

Bad luck.

I've been doing max provisioning writs for months. For more then 3 months I'd only got 2 fragments. In the last month I've got 3.
