Toon stuck in Wrothgar and constant crashes

One character has been logged out in orsinium, for some reason I can't get past the load screen. I've had this problem before, had to have someone else hop on to my character to move him from a different pc. On top of that I have consistent crashes from both 64 bit and 32 bit client. Can we please please please fix some actual issues before we push out another DLC?
