This is ridiculous. Many people accounts were suspended today. Reason: speedhacking. Related topic: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en-GB/discussion/274561/login-servers-down#latest

This was my best attempt today before I got "banned". I guess next time I'll try to improve my run, I'll get permabanned *lol*. This must be the worst automated anti hack system I've seen in a while.

I don't know they guy or if he's cheating at all . I don't even know if this video is related to his troubles . That's why he should take it up with ZOS and not the public . We've had a lot of people say they're innocent after getting banned . Sure his friends are going to support him as they should but people that don't know him from anyone , don't count on it .

I know if I ever got a suspension for something I didn't do , the last place I'd look for vindication is the court of public opinion .

Well, I'm not as popular as deltia, and I'm not aiming for it, but some people know me for doing vma speed runs and ex world records. Also I'm not looking for any kind of public help. I just find this situation so silly that I don't even wanna waste my time arguing with support team or anyone else. I just decided to share my personal best run with public, since zos thinks I use hacks to achieve it. All I'm doing in game lately is vma and raids with my guild, I don't have time for hacking at all

I dont know what pisses me off the most, if the fact tehy dont certainly know you are hacking or not, or the fact that if you were you only got a 72hrs ban instead of a permanent one.

Yes and at first, we all thought we had login errors, because it's not like that's never happened before. It's not mistitled, it is just that we didn't know what was happening before and it took over an hour to even start finding out.

This thread is perfectly legit too imo.

but now I'm just gonna get some exta views on my youtube channel thanks to the funny situation xD I understand that nobody cares about it, and there will never be any proofs of "hacking" published by ZOS, because all today's suspensions are done by some kind of not-so-smart automated system. My guess it considers major speed buff + sprint + jump as a "speed hacking" (+some lag can be involved that happens now and then), this combo really makes me move fast in game, but it's far from real cheating.

Exactly, I was doing similar things today while fighting guards during my "Grand Amnesty Edict Crime Spree". Was putting up a show for newbs how to battle guards while having a 75k+ bounty - was good fun. And as you might know, to stop getting one shot by them it takes a lot of mobility, speed, dodging etc, especially when you fight 3 at once.
Not doing that again if this leads to false suspensions. A otherwise lovely weekend full of plans totally ruined.
