Best race for a magicka or stamina dps build?

I want to be a race that can be a magicka dps or a stamina dps. Would Imperial be the best race for this?

    Probably dunmer because 9% max magicka and 6% max stamina.
    Dunmer is already the best race for magicka DPS except for the Sorc class.
    And I guess you can go stam dps though you'll fall behind khajiit (trial settings) and the races with 10% max stamina.
