This monster set is worse than Warden... Hope another monster set won't bring such dissapointment

Won't that free a skill slot that was used to gain major ward/resolve ?

Don't be jumping the gun there though. We alrdy have good sets for tanking and reaching the 33k armor cap
As for the 2nd set: is 3 secs enough?

I dont think gear will go past 160Anyone else notice that they are both CP160?
Maybe there isn't a cap increase next patch?
Edit: Instead of cap, meant "cp gear scale max"
w/e the hell they are calling it now...

While that new dps set wont replaced vicious ophidian foe dungeons/vmsa, I'd love to tey it in trials where adds have 1m+ max hp.
I guess Heem-Jas is supposed to be the next OP and silly set that is supposed to help us forget about the previous iterations of OP and silly sets that are still OP and silly.
That will probably work off guards, dwemer pets, ... what a poor choice to introduce into pvp.

The CP system destroyed the usefulness of that buff and even if it hadn't, this is another case of not wanting to have too much damage mitigation at the cost of other useful stats (in this case monster helm sets) because of the diminished returns on damage mitigation.

I'd consider using it on my StamDk; just cause i don't want to waste a slot for that buff.
The forecast for Cyrodiil calls for heavy arrow showers with a 100% chance of get rekt, scrub Zheg.I guess Heem-Jas is supposed to be the next OP and silly set that is supposed to help us forget about the previous iterations of OP and silly sets that are still OP and silly.

Cyrodiil (the PvP map) is open-world and supports up to 2000 players in it at the same time. ESO’s client is designed to be able to handle (on the recommended spec) 200 players on screen at the same time.
