Group Finder Broken Please Respond ZOS

The Group Finder is basically unusable since the update, the queue times are ridiculous. Use to be my Tank would get grouped in about 45 seconds, now I don't get grouped at all. For me and my friends the Group Finder and Random Daily Dungeon were the main reason we would play, an easy Multiplayer experience for an hour or so a night with a great game. Now the game that we played and had fun with is basically broken for us. PLEASE @ZOS_GinaBruno can you give us an update on when this is being fixed? Or even if it's going to be looked at? This issue has been stated over and over, and it looks like you guys know about it... SOMETHING from ZOS would be appreciated in regards to a response.
