Why can't we sell items like Nirncrux stones in guild stores anymore?

I have some Nirn weapon and armor stones, and have been trying to sell them in the store of the guild I belong to, but get a message saying "selling in guild store not allowed." Does anyone know why this is now a thing?

Have you got a mark against your account? Only reason you can't sell in guildstores or you haven't got the permissions to sell on said guild store

Check your rank in the guild rooster. Maybe the guild leader set it so you are not allowed to use the guild store.
