Severe Bug [FIXED]

Hello,
I am currently experiencing major bug on my account whereby I am unable to trade, send mail, use guild bank and guild store and reply to whisper. I tried everything to fix the problem. I disabled all add-ons, restart my ESO client many times, I try repairing and also restarting my router just in case. Nothing. Please help and thanks. I already submit support ticket as well [160623-001080].
Edit: I'm good now. It's fixed itself.
