I need some help with a personal issue regarding a crown store purchase for a ticket I've submitted a bit ago.
As you can see
HERE a number of players have a significantly difficult time reaching a solution and I'm looking to expedite a relatively simple issue. I've tried the phone, ticket, email, three out-of-service phone numbers, a useless callback line and nothing.
If a mod or GM could give me a hand I'd be greatly appreciative.
