Stampede + Sacred Ground - double movement sped reduction clash

hey everyone

I am running through my build to check if it's alright & I have noticed the following

So basically I have chosen stampede for the 60% reduction of the movement speed and I have it on my front bar

I also use Cleansing Ritual which now, after the DB patch also reduces the movement speed by 30% of those enemies who stand in the area of effect

Now what if I rush to an enemy with Stampede & thus the reduction of their movement speed by 60% would be applied & then use Cleansing Ritual
does it mean that I will remove the 60% reduction of movement speed & apply the new reduction of movement speed of 30% from using cleansing ritual (given the passive of sacred ground - which reduced the movement speed by 30%)

So basically what happens I have two skills which reduce the movement speed
stampede by 60 & cleansing ritual by 30%
what happens when both effects are applied?
