Can't lock items you can't equip

I have 2 Nirnhoned items I will research at a later time both of which are too high leveled for my crafter to equip and as a result does not provide me with the option to lock them. Please fix this.

✭✭✭✭✭It should be fixed soon, if your on the Consoles. The last patch for the PC fixed this issue. If your on PC and can't do this, it might be an addon issue.
I think ZOS realized that most of us who have Mules, have low level Mules that carry our SWAG.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
