We are still running strong as of June 1, 2017 and seeking to add more players. ImperativeReaction is currently accepting of all alliances regardless of level. We are a multi-faction guild on the North American server and happen to be LGBTQA. We are also Hetero friendly. We do PVE and PVP. We do not care if you have multiple alliance characters, you are welcome to join us. ESO has been lacking in unified guilds for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and asexual individuals. We are the longest running LGBTQA guild on PS4 with over 320 players. In our guild, you will never be kicked for inactivity (unless we reach 500 capacity) so being a sporadic player is okay with us. We are currently running some normal trials and have attempted some progression trial runs. Currently, we have a mix of players who are mostly gay. We also have some heterosexuals in the guild who are very accepting. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation or any other status that should be protected. We do not tolerate those who do discriminate regardless of your own status within the guild.

ImperativeReaction is an Elder Scrolls Online guild, created with the purpose of having fun with others who have the same or similar interests. It was designed with the idea that it does not matter what your sexual orientation is. We just want to have fun and enjoy the game. We are mostly a social guild, but we often do many PVE and PVP events together. From time to time, we may provide advice about gear and how to improve your build, so please do not get offended as we only want you to succeed.
As a member, you are entitled to the full benefits of the guild. This includes, but is not limited to: participation in guild events, the use of the guild bank, the use of guild chat in-game, and spending time with friends.
You have the right to speak freely about your concerns and ideas about the guild, its policies, and its direction, on Band, Facebook, or the PSN community page.
You have the right to information from the Advisors, 2nd-in-command and the GuildMaster. They are obliged to answer all your questions truthfully and to the extent of their knowledge. If we do not know, we will try to find out.
You have the right to request assistance from guildmates in your adventures. You are, at the same time, strongly encouraged to help your guildmates when needed, but you are not required to be at everyone's beck and call.
You are entitled to be treated fairly, equally and with respect always. You are bound to treat others in the guild in the same manner. We will always try to give you the benefit of the doubt as we care about every one of you.
As a member of ImperativeReaction you will be kind and courteous to all players in the game. You will not insult, name, shame, flame, or bad mouth players, or do anything that reflects negatively upon the reputation of the guild or its members.
Example one of naming, shaming, and flaming: Person A is offended by person B, but instead of discussing the problem with person B, person A takes to Band and posts a huge complaint for all to see.
Example two of naming, shaming, and flaming: Person A is offended by person B, and expresses concern to person B. Person B apologizes, but person A takes to Band and posts a huge complaint for all to see.
Example three of naming, shaming, and flaming: Person A is reprimanded by leadership and moves on to guild chat or social media to name, shame, or flame the person or persons who reprimanded them.
All three examples have occurred in the past and did not end well for person A. If you have a problem with someone, be an adult and discuss the problem with the person with whom you have issues. Further information on how to handle this situation will be listed below.
Discrimination or slander based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other category that is unacceptable in real life, will not be tolerated. Please remember that we have a very diverse guild with people from all walks of life and from all over the world. Punishment for such actions may include up to removal from the guild.
You will not harass, beg or complain to get people to help you get a group, get equipment crafted, or advance your own cause. These things are not your rights, but your privileges. If a member of the guild decides to help you with these things, that is that member's choice. You cannot demand these things from your guild mates.
Guild chat may at times get wild and you are asked to have a thick skin and not to take offense at things that are meant as a joke. However, cruel comments and sexual harassment to another player will not be tolerated. Extremely vulgar discussions are not allowed in guild chat, so if you want to express yourself in this manner, then go to group chat. Also, please do not be loud, rude, obnoxious, or overpower everyone who is talking. We are all adults and should have learned turn taking in grade school. In the past, people have left guild chat due to how noisy or obnoxious it has gotten; this is not acceptable. Cruel comments, sexual harassment, extremely vulgar discussions, or loud, rude, obnoxious, overpowering chat will be punished by a warning, removal of guild chat privileges, or removal from the guild.
Poaching (recruiting our members for your own guild) from our guild is not allowed at all. We have spent many long hours recruiting and promoting this guild to gain the number we have from the ground up. It was made to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for our members. This guild has been around almost since the beginning of 2016 with only four people. We have made some great friends on here and consider them to be family. It is a direct insult to the players who have become like family, for someone to come in here trying to steal other players for their own benefit. We want to grow, not fall apart. If you want to form a guild, do your own recruiting in the same way we did. You will be kicked immediately if we learn this is occurring or has occurred no matter who you are.
If you have any issues with other members of the guild, or other players, you will discuss those problems with that other person first. Do not bring issues to leadership unless you absolutely require mediation. We are all adults here and it is the belief of this guild that we can handle our own disagreements. If you leave the guild before doing this, your grievance will not be entertained or considered.
If an issue arises that cannot be resolved, you will act in a dignified manner and allow the leadership of the guild to hand out any reprimands, if required. Any issue involving problems or issues with other players will not be handled in open guild chat or on Band, PSN Community, or Facebook. If it is handled in this way, you will be removed from the guild.
If you have a direct problem with any leadership of the guild and wish to file a grievance, you may do so by speaking with the GuildMaster or 2nd-in-command in writing through PSN chat or by using Band.
Most importantly, the guild is designed to enhance the enjoyment of the game for you and everyone that plays it. Do not cause undue stress or be disruptive within the guild for your own pleasure. Do not ruin the playtime of others.
We will always strive to give warnings first before taking any actions that may lead to a member's removal from the guild, and at times you may be reprimanded by being placed into Inactive-Temporary status until the GuildMaster and/or 2nd-in-command can review the case. If the case is in review status, the outcome will depend upon the GuildMaster's and/or 2nd-in-command's decision as to whether to allow you to stay in the guild. If you are permitted to stay in the guild, a probationary period will be allotted for a period of no more than 4 weeks until you can return to member status. This is done to preserve the integrity of the guild.
If you have an issue with anyone in leadership, you may file a grievance in writing to the GuildMaster and/or 2nd-in-command describing the incident/problem, and any ideas you may have as a solution. We would prefer that you resolve the situation directly with the person(s) involved, but if you cannot, the GuildMaster and/or 2nd-in-command will act as a mediator in the event you cannot resolve it. The GuildMaster and/or 2nd-in-command will review the situation and make an appropriate decision that they deem fair and beneficial to the guild and its members, while also respecting the privacy of all those involved.

Raid (Trial) Rules
1. All members are expected to follow ZOS' Terms of Service. Cheating in any way or form will not be tolerated.
2. Never sell anything you get in a raid that can be traded that would later be bound to you (Bind-On-Pickup). If we find out any gear has been sold to a guildmate, a warning will be given and then you will be barred from trials. (You may sell your motifs or sell armor/weapons bound to you to other players outside of the guild.)
3. If you sign up for a raid you are expected to show up 15 minutes before the raid begins. Should you need to withdraw from a raid it must be done 1 hour before the raid forms up.
4. Please follow the raid leaders' decisions in trials, it is very crucial for the success and attitude of the raid, calling when you are not the raid lead may cause confusion.
5. Please take criticism from anyone who is trying to help, be willing to be understanding and to learn. It is not to put you down, but to help you improve.
6. Unprepared characters may not be eligible for trials (not the right level, gear) except in training raids unless otherwise decided on by the raid leader. This is not to say we will not help you get the right gear later.
7. Toxicity in the raid will not be tolerated. This can come in the form of negativity, being a know-it-all, or simply being rude. You will be kicked from the raid group immediately and a replacement will be found.
8. Being loud and obnoxious, or having an inability to follow simple command will not be tolerated. You will get one warning here, then you will be kicked from the raid group without question.
9. The most important thing is to have fun in the trials, please bring your best performance with you when raiding always!
* Please note:
Leadership may not always be in a trial with you, so it would be up to the raid leader(s) to adhere to the raid rules. Raid rules cannot apply to others who are outside of our guild.
It is also up to the leadership of the guild or raid leader to ensure these raid rules are followed, however, if these rules are not followed, then the GuildMaster and/or 2nd-in-command or their guild advisors will not be at liberty to mediate problems as a result.
