weeapon glyphs of weapon and spell damage

With the dark brotherhood update the weapon glyphs that boost weapon damage on hit also boost spell damage. Just wondering if anyone has tested this out and if it may be the superior weapon glyph for staffs?

on my nb i use vma staff on back bar and a staff on the front bar with wp dmg enchant, works great<Liv3mind><PC/NA - Legion Of The Bloodworks>Snowflake Patrol0
