Can't craft high level gear any more?

What am I doing wrong? I can't craft any of what was called V15 or V16 gear from any of the rubicrap mats. Ben hating the game a while but this is the pisser. I crafted up to 9 triats in any mat for about a year and tonight I don't have an option for rubi light, medium or heavy mats. What I mean is like for light the last option to the right is spidersilk. WTF ZOS?
