Is it possible to unlink blade of woe from vampire drink?

With a ping of 300 and a moving target it is utterly random whether or not you will kill someone with blade of woe or if you drink their blood as a vampire, which then give you bounty and you have to go through the boredom of removing the stage so you get dark stalker back.
It is a REALLY REALLY bad interface design to have both abilities on the same key. Is there some way to move blade of woe to another key or has there been made an addon that enables it?

✭NM found out there is an addon that suppress vampire feeding. And since they removed the last reason to ever feed this DLC then it is perfect.0 -
