Unable to play game - poor customer service so far - very frustrated

I have 2 accounts(3 if u include the wife's), one account is completely inaccessible. Customer service took 2 days to finally respond, finally got a few quick responses which "Keri" the rep responding to my support case clearly didn't read through my case. So in turn, It was completely left with zero resolution. I've asked in my messages for a verbal call, nothing. left messages at tech support number nothing.

I created a "spare account" for my brother & friends to use when they come over on May 22nd along with purchasing the base game along with 3000 crown points. In my stupidity I also created a new gmail account, for that ESO account, and for the life of me I cannot remember what it was(tried gmail recovery, but with no avail) So that account is tied to that unknown email. i can log into the "account page", however when I try logging into the support page to create a case, it sends an "access code" to the email.....which again... I cannot remember so besides my own stupidity with the email, and getting access codes every-time the wind blows I am stuck in an endless loop of strapulation. In my support case I opened on THIS account, I have provided proof of purchase with my bank statements along with other detailed info. Really hoping someone can help before my blade get's strapped raw. If I really have to dispute the charges to my card/account , so be it, but seriously, come on guys
