Best Faction (PC NA), Best PvP Class, Best PvE Class, Best Places To Find Builds, 2.4

I am a new player to ESO. So far I am absolutely LOVING the game, as a long time Elder Scrolls fan, I am happy that I got this game because it is a great addition to the Elder Scrolls Series. However I am almost a completely new player to MMOs. That's why I had a few questions to clear up things that I need to know:

1. What is the best PvP class and best race for that class? I have always been a fan of PvP in games, I love it, and PvP in the Elder Scrolls universe sounded great. It is. The problem is I need to know what the overall best PvP class is in ESO 2.4. I have have heard mixed opinions such as Stam NB and Mag Sorc, but I have never found a definitive answer.

2. What is the best faction for PvP 2.4 PC NA? People seem to have mixed opinions most saying EP or AD (don't really hear much about DC sadly).

3. What is the best faction for PvE 2.4 PC NA? People also seem to say EP or AD for this aswell.

4. Best class for PvE 2.4 and the best race for that class? There are TONS of classes people say are the best for PvE, Stam NB, Stam Sorc, Stam DK, Mag Sorc, Mag DK. Everyone seems to not agree where ever I look.

5. Best place to find builds for PvP and PvE 2.4? I have looked at places like the Sub-Reddit: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5ApO4bOQyY7VWY1emhBd3F3cEk/view and Deltias Gaming: http://deltiasgaming.com/ but they are all really confusing to someone new to ESO and the MMO genre in general.

Well those were all the questions I had about ESO. Any help will be appreciated, and I look forward to playing this game a WHOLE lot more.

just roll a Nb it is the one-all /Win-all of ESO for the last year or so high elf if magicka/redguard for Stamina if you're looking for organized cooperation it's probably AD if you're just lookin to run with a bunch of other people EP is the place to go if you're looking to min/max and 1vX and not run a TON of big groups probably DC

DC currently kicking butt on PC NA Trueflame. EP is a disaster of hundreds of uncoordinated players who do nothing but insult each other in zone chat. I just started an AD toon with an EP guild that rerolled and so far its been pretty nice.

We say the same thing about DC and AD. I think the behavior is global, just depends on the day.

Glad you are having so much fun with ESO!
For a great class to play,try a Nightblade.You can always dump it and create a new one.Or just make one of each class or race,since there are 8 slots to use,and you can buy more.
Personally,I would try out this build,which is how I play:
All attributes into Stamina.
Put your champion points this way:
Green:Lover
Red: Steed
Blue: Ritual.
This is a very good way to maximize your class as a Nightblade is to use the above.
However,if you create all the different classes and play each for a few days,you should find the one you enjoy running the best!

Just pick whatever. Factions aren't going to matter for long. Tamriel One wants everyone to hold hands, do quests together while singing Kumbaya.
