Curious About Heavy Armor Post-DB

If I were to go about using heavy armor now, would I continue to apply impenetrable on all 5 pieces if PVP'ing? Or go with some combination of Nirnhoned and Reinforced? And what if I'm doing PVE. Would it be be all 5 pieces in divines still? Basically what I'm asking is, what are the best-in-slot traits for heavy armor gear now?
