Champion system disconnected ?

After conducting several experiments, with a templar,sorc,dk and champion ppints not seeming to have an effect of 1. Dps 2. Recovery 3. Reduced cost 4. Spell and physical resist. No matter how I spec my champion points it doesn't seem to affect my base skills, I will conduct abother provable experiment today w screenshots. So has anyone else expierenced these issues as if your champion points are not connected to your character ?

are you sure it is actually not working on the dps and so on, not only the character screen bugged - mistakenly showing wrong stats?

I think they are saying applying the points isn't changing the character sheet Right?

Yep....Not sure if this is right or wrong but it does seem to be disconnected

I tested dps on different monsters with different champion specs, some not at all connected to dps and the actual dps to the monster was nearly identical

i am having the same problem. unless my character screen is bugged, my magicka recovery was 2053 before dark brotherhood i had 29 points in magician for recovery. from champ points


now today my recovery has been 1800 1809 2008. it keeps changing plus i have 37 points in my magician champ points now. so should have more than before the d.b patch ad also all my gear all my skill points everything is the same. no changes and i know about 2nd ability bar have tested i know my stats


also all my mementos have stopped working on my main character


anyone else having trouble with there character screen and the low recovery is affecting my character in combat

No idea on why it's keeps changing but for me I found that from all these changes I had to craft a different 4 piece set and then while applying enchants, oddly I was seeing lesser enchants than previous and noticed some were higher than ZOS intended.

I'd say play around with your build excluding CP first.

thanks might have to recraft. maybe because its old gear its not scaling correctly im not sure. what a waste every piece is legendary. v16

im going to log on again in a bit might have sorted itself out

I'm not sure if this is connected but I reset my CPs after the update, then when I logged in yesterday they had all been removed and I need to reset them again.. I only noticed after spending hrs in PVP and noticed I wasn't hitting very hard and had low resource recovery rates too.
Something is wrong...

It's seems reduce damage passive not working, I have 20% magic damage reduction with 17k spell resistance still take Ing whoping amount of damage...

Noticed there are kinda two different spell resistances in CP too. No idea which is better on PvE

I feel as you do on how hard I get hit right now

i have done a bit of testing seems to be a bug with the vampire stages stage 1 is not giving the vampire recovery but when i was in stage 2 my recovery seemed ok.

i am yet to log on today though

and my god such lag ps4
