Is there a place to get C 160 mats?

Like the question say,is there another place to get c 160 clothing,blacksmithing and woodworking mats apart from DLCs ,dungeons and traders?

I go to places that were for Vets before the changes to find my higher level mats. Like Rivenspire,which gives me a lot of great mats and drops.

Cyrodiil when you are CP 160 or higher. Pretty slim pickings though.

Yes, Cyrodiil and dungeon mobs will occasionally drop CP160 .

Best bet, though, is to do the crafting writs at the top tier for the mat rewards and survey nodes ...

Animals that Drop Hides will drop the Rubedo Leather if they are CP150 or better.

The most reliable source of mats is to decon gear drops from mobs. You should get one from each decon for the material that made the item. As long as you are close to CP150 or better.

Also, if you farm Telvar Stones in the Imperial City, you can trade those for mats too.

what dungeons? instanced grp dungeons(i know that one) or you mean delves in cyro?

Yes, both. I was getting rubedo leather last night in Darkshade doing the pledge.

If you go to any cp150 and above scaled dungeon , the drops from it should decon into the mats you are looking for

The new areas that scale to your level will also drop them if your crafting in that area(smithing,woodworking.clothing) is maxed out.

I was on bankorai(aldmeri) and mobs where champ 160 but were droping champ 140 (voidsteel ect ect) so you tell me if i put the 9 points in metalworking for example,ill get 150-160 gear drops for decon? I have to clarify that i have no DLC

In non-scaled gold zones, they only drop up to CP140, yes.

In scaled zones (including Cyrodiil), it's based on 50/50 character level or passive skill points invested. On the passive skill point side ... those have to be maxed (tier 10) for CP150-160 mats to drop.
