Been getting bored of my StamDk and was wondering if the Red Diamond passive from Imperials has a chance to activate with each spear jab, templar skill, or the rapid strikes skill? Or does it just activate once regardless of how many times a channel skill hits.

✭✭✭You get a 1/10 shot red diamond will proc. I believe for DoT's like Caltrops it is on the initial strike. It use to have a chance to feed you health every tick. I am not so sure about Flurry/Jabs right now, but its a worthy question. In all honesty though Red Diamond is not that great of a passive, made up for the fact that Imperial has the best maximum attributes of any race. ✭✭Pretty sure Red Diamond has remained the same for a long time (10% proc on damaging abilties. 1 proc per cast maximum).
From what i notice on my Imperial, the healing is not noticeable since it's purely RNG based. This is the one passive that i think need's an overhaul (for imperials). ✭Don't know if this is s bug but does not proc on flurry. My friend designed a whole dk stamina around red diamond only to find out it wasn't procing on flurry. @ZOS_JessicaFolsomLegacy of Kain

✭✭After the changes in 1.7 red diamond is garbage. Before it used to proc with caltrops and was a really good passive. Now I believe it procs only on the initial hit for the dot skills which are considered mele.Because I can!1 -
