Heart's Grief broken (Final quest spoilers)

Hey all,

I thought tonight I would be able to finish my main quest but I have a feeling it is not going to happen.

As soon as I aproach Molag Bal I am supposed to get dragged towards him (as I have seen in a Youtube video, sorry, I don't know more details because I do not want spoilers).
Instead, he just says something like "Im a god in oblivion and you are nothing but a mortal" and i start floating in the air, and then nothing else happens.

I tried to log out, abandon quest, quit game, i even restarted my computer just in case xD but nothing worked so far.

I send an email to support but I would like to know if this has happened before or if it is a "common" bug and you guys know what could have happened.

I just experienced this.

I'm unable to complete the quest, unable to access silver, unable to further progress my character, etc.

Please hotfix/

Well at least now I know it is not only my game...
I was planning on starting some DLC but come on... I really wanted to finish the main quest before that.

@ssewallb14_ESO Let me know if later today you are able to finish the quest I think I will start the thieves DLC.

Yup.
I tried today again just in case it was a temporary bug it is still there.
It is annoying because it does not let progress our characters

So I obtained a response from support (that did not help at all) but just in case it works for you guys:

"Any issues with quests on PC / Mac can be reported through the in-game /bug command.
As a workaround, you can also try any of these steps:
Type /reloadui in the command line of the Chat Box ( at the event to possibly reset the issue).
Use /camp to log out, then attempt logging back in (please stay logged out of the game completely for 15 minutes for quest resetting).
Type /bug if none of the above work in order to report the issue to our developers.
As a last resort, you can try abandoning the quest and restarting it."

I replied again saying I have already done all this before

Please, ZOS, look into this quest I have not been able to have character progression in 3 days.
