Rapid maneuver issue with "attacking innocents"

Whan I have turned on the "prevent attacking innocents" option I have problem using "Rapid maneuver" when mounted - usually I push the key on keyboard when I look in some direction and then at that direction are some "innocents" and so I get the system message "You cannot attack this target because of the prevent attacking innocents option".
This is quite annoying, especially when running on mount in cities with a bunch of innocents everywhere around.
This ability isn't offensive, so no idea why it highlights the warning.

Chaquinho89✭✭✭This happens since 1.6, when the justice system got in the game, DB patch started displaying a message now... lol!
You either have to enable attacking innocents or just look up, or point away from NPCs...
I kind of got used to it already...
