NA/PC keyboard non-response issues

Has anybody recently had an issue where the pc keyboard suddenly starts to stop responding on & off? This doesn't seem to be a latency issue, and I can't replicate it. This has been during the past week, so it wasn't immediately after the DB/patch update, but it has been since then. It happens sometimes and other times, keyboard works fine. At first I thought it was the batteries in the keyboard, because it's a wireless, and when that same type of on/off response happens with the mouse, I change batteries & that fixes it. So I changed the keyboard batteries, but that didn't fix this . I wouldn't say never, but I don't think it's a driver issue either, because I have no such issues outside the game.
It just occurred to me that maybe it's an add-on issue, as I added a few this week, and one of them was related to syncing key bindings across all characters, called "Votan's Keybinder"...hmm
