Can't acess my old email, and can't login because of the one-time password

My old email provider has suddenly, and without warning, started to charge over R$50 a month to acess my email, and I'm not willing to pay for that. Now I need to change my email, but can't login or acess costumer support because of the one-time password, which I have no acess to anymore. Is there anyway to change my email now?
