Bruma Gankers

The guards in Bruma and the other towns in Cyrodiil should be actual guards that put up a fight like actual city guards instead of just being an aesthetic. Gankers camping these areas for easy kills of low level characters questing is desperate, and sad.

Maybe making it so that the town itself can be captured and better defended against opposing factions would make things more interesting. Purchasable guards or swords for hire to protect certain areas would spice things up also.

I thought guards were getting put back up to v16/CP160 anyway? they're so weak that even my lvl 30 can now solo resources in Cyrodiil lol

No, I like to gank in Cyrodil Daily Towns, I cant wait for Zen to improve them, "open world" PVP is nice additional activity.

I just need to be able to use AP to buy mini-boss strength Netty Betches to patrol town and tentacle slap people and sound some kind of call to alert of intruders while doing ma questeses. Atleast have the townsfolk react or say something like "You don't belong in these parts" or something to that effect that you would expect someone to say if they see an enemy player to give some kind of warning of the impending gank.

The whole point of the town is to provide a hotspot for small scale pvp. You going there not intending to pvp doesn't make the players that do pvp there desperate or sad - they are using the place the way it was meant to be used. And not all the questers there are easy prey, as many of the gankers trying to kill me while i was leveling alts discovered. If you lose the victim attitude and go there expecting a fight, those can be some of the best pvp experiences cyrodiil can offer.

By the way - Bruma is the only one of the five cyrodiil quest hubs that does not have guards. The others do, and their allegiance depends on who owns the nearby keep. If you want guards you can quest in one of those four that has guards friendly to you. However the guards are really a non-factor for most players.

Talentless players gank/attack other players in farming/questing zones. It's quite obvious why people are there; let them farm/quest.

Nah, I think the best solution is to just give players an AP-bought consumable that makes them invisible to enemy players, but also makes them unable to attack players, for the duration. That way, only the people looking to fight can fight and those who would prefer to explore Cyrodiil in peace can do so. Seriously, have you ever bothered to talk to NPCs? They have some pretty interesting dialogue - too bad doing so isn't feasible because questing in Cyrodiil is a timed foot race to finish dailies before the servers get populated. All that detail making towns, Easter eggs, and interact-able NPCs gone to waste....
