Launcher issue since 08/06/16 Patch

Since yesterday's patch to fix the Grouping Tool, and subsequent patch for the Japanese client, the Launcher no longer functions.

I can run the 64 and 32 bit clients directly from the .exe, but when i open the Launcher the options are missing and can't click on anything as in the attached image

The Play/Update option is not available, the option to click on Account, Store, Support & Patch Notes is there, but the other options are missing, and clicking on Game Options does nothing either

Opposite effect here : when I launch the game via the x32 exe or the x64 exe I have no sound at all. When I launch it via the launcher things are fine. Go figure...

Similar for me. The launcher crash when i open it and throw a window that says "Error 210 PatchManifestError_Downloadfail" with this: "Unable to download patch manifest" and stuff about contacting support

@richardjohnharrisb16_ESO, please try repairing your game client, click on Game Options and select repair. If that does not resolve the issue please submit a ticket to our support team and be sure to include your game consultant if you haven't already.

I've submitted a support ticket (Ref: 160609-002275)

I can't repair the game client as there's no function when i click on Game Options, no pop-up window etc
