Launcher issue since 08/06/16 Patch

Since yesterday's patch to fix the Grouping Tool, and subsequent patch for the Japanese client, the Launcher no longer functions.

I can run the 64 and 32 bit clients directly from the .exe, but when i open the Launcher the options are missing and can't click on anything as in the attached image

The Play/Update option is not available, the option to click on Account, Store, Support & Patch Notes is there, but the other options are missing, and clicking on Game Options does nothing either
